Minimum Service Standard Leveling Study Report

The purpose of the SPM Leveling Quick Review is to find out a more realistic concept of SPM leveling in dividing roles between the government and local governments according to their authority so that SPM can be fulfilled by regional diversity. Thus, the results of this rapid assessment are expected to make it easier for regions to integrate MSS indicators and synergize them into planning and budgeting documents so that they can be implemented. Meanwhile, for the central government, it can be a monitoring and evaluation tool for the implementation of SPM in the regions.
